Hey, on this side of Lake Michigan sausage making and charcuterie is serious business and Suttons Bay Trading Company offers you a variety of sausage supplies: hog casings, sheep casings, cures and binders and sausage seasoning mixes. We pride ourselves on working with newcomers to this process and are always happy to help you find just what you need. We’ve been selling these supplies to customers in the far north for years.
