North Country Steak Seasoning is a blend of salt, pepper, onion, garlic and other spices gives great flavor to all meats. Sprinkle generously on steaks, chops, chicken and fish. Best if allowed to marinate on the meat for 2-3 hours.

Recipe for a liquid marinade: 2 T. Oil, 2 T. Water, 1 T. Wine Vinegar, 1 T. Steak Seasoning
