Kari’s Leg o’ Lamb Rub is a nice blend of mint, rosemary, garlic and other spices that turns a leg of lamb into great barbeque. Good for oven roasting, too. Use generously.
A great vinaigrette recipe is 2 teaspoons of Kari’s Leg o’ Lamb rub with 1/3 Cup Good Balsamic Vinegar and 1 Cup Good Olive Oil. Whisk together and top grilled vegetables, salads.
