Poultry Seasoning is a blend of herbs and spices used to flavor any dish where fowl is used. Fowl is any edible, mature, wild or domestic bird.
Suggested Use: Sprinkle over poultry before grilling or roasting. Add to marinades, soups, stews, turkey meat loaf, stuffings, breading, gravies and sauces. Use Poultry Seasoning as you would any ground spice.
Ingredients: Thyme, sage, rosemary, oregano.
Basic Preparations: No preparation is necessary. Add 1/2 to 2 teaspoons to your recipes as desired.
